Bilkent MBA program invites applicants with successful academic and professional careers. Our program offers the following career tracks:
Innovation and Technology Start Up Career Track - NEW
Starting this academic year, we are offering a new concentration option within our MBA program. This track has been especially designed to suit the career aspirations of those applicants who have technical backgrounds (such as engineering, molecular biology, nanotechnology) and wish either to pursue a managerial career in hi-tech firms and/or to embark on a technology start up. Although the program particularly suits entrepreneurs, our graduates will also find their skills and knowledge valuable in technology firms.
Applicants with degrees in high technologies who have strong academic records are encouraged to apply for this option even if they may have very little or no professional work experience.
Students who choose this track will follow a tailored program as a cohort. MBA fundamentals in the core curriculum are supplemented with courses and practice opportunities in new product market assessment, new product development and design, financing and marketing of new products, innovation management, change management, supplier and customer relations management.
Students planning to pursue this career track are requested to clearly state their interest in this track in their applications. We have reserved attractive scholarship categories (75% and more) specially for those enrolled in this track - please contact Associate Dean Emre Berk for information on the special Innovation and Technology Start Up Scholarships and Early Scholarship Assessment opportunities at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Corporate Career Track
This option is most suitable for young professionals who wish to prepare for a managerial career. The program consists of the core curriculum of MBA fundamentals and six elective courses that students may choose according to their professional goals and aspirations.
Students who opt for this track are eligible for scholarships at different levels (25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.)
International Career Track
This option is for those applicants who plan to jump-start their international careers.
